For items that are in stock, please allow up to 3 business days for processing on standard shipping. For orders placed with an expedited shipping rate, please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing.Custom items need 5 workdays.so Fulfillment Orders are shipped within 5 workdays.Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including tracking number(s) for your order.

PS:because our warehouse at China,if you need your order arrive in a week, we can not promise this, advice you can  Find a local retailer to see if they might have what you’re looking for in stock!

Carrier:

YANWEN is our lcoal preferred carrier.when package arrive your country. the carrier will be transfer to your local famous carrier, such in US is USPS and so on. If you choose express shipping. the carrier will be UPS/DHL/FEDEX.

PS: we will give you tracking number and track site. you can see your order newest tracking status anytime.

Duty and Tax:

  For the majority of our orders import fees are not collected. We strive to make sure import fees are prevented, in rare circumstances when it does happen dodesignershop.com is not responsible for any custom charges made in the country of destination.

Split Packages:

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

-Weight limit per package. In order to provide Free Worldwide Shipping and ensure that you receive your order at earliest, we use time and cost efficient ways of delivery.

– An item may be slightly back-ordered, and shipped a later than the rest of the items in an order.

– Because we are serviced by different warehouses, an order with multiple items may be shipped from the different warehouses due to varying stock inventory between the warehouses.

Order delay:

– Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.

– Order is pending a credit approval and verification.

– A product is currently out of stock.

– An order which requires special customization

Unclaimed packages:

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or $25 USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs. 

Missing Package:

If the delivery address cannot be reached on time within the planned time, we will provide reship service.
