I live in the South but frequently travel with my dog. She is a short-haired breed and does not have that extra layer of fur long haired dogs have. When we travel North my dog shivers and her ears get very cold, she used to curl herself into a very tight ball for warmth. I bought this sweater and the very first time I put it on her and we traveled during wintry weather she tolerated the temperature difference a lot better, now even if its raining she stands under the hook and waits for me to put the sweater on her. I am taking that as her approval of wearing clothes.
